Holistic Counseling Sessions
Highly personalized, holistic health coaching program that gives you 1-on-1 support to help you achieve your specific health and wellness goals in a way that jives with your busy schedule. Whether it's to address living your life fully and happily while managing a chronic health condition, solidifying long-term healthy habits that support your recovery, weight management, or enhancing your meditation practice - I will tailor our sessions to meet you where you are so you can embrace life fully and with freedom. Weekly homework assignments will be provided to give you structure and set daily intentions. Guided meditations will also be included and optional yoga movement.

STRONG Nation Personal Coaching
STRONG Nation is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines bodyweight exercises, martial arts-inspired movements, and strength training, all synced to music. Every movement is perfectly timed to the beat of the music. The exercises only rely on your body weight - no equipment necessary. I offer personal coaching sessions for your preference of either 30, 45, or 60 minutes on a virtual platform. Outdoor in-person option available to South Shore residents.

Yoga & Somatic Therapy
1-Hour Private Yoga Sessions – Available virtually or in-person at your home (for South Shore residents). Each session includes a sound bath and somatic exercises designed to stimulate the vagus nerve and reset the nervous system. Choose from Restorative, Vinyasa, or Power Yoga styles to suit your needs.
